Terms of Service

For your planning purposes, please take a moment to read our Terms of Service thoroughly to make sure we’re a good match for your needs. We would love the opportunity to create something memorable.

LIVE COLOR AND PRESSING

• A 50% down payment is required upon acceptance of the estimate to hold the event date and begin the project at least 15 business days before the event date to avoid rush charges.
• All live color and pressing packages *include custom design, one initial design draft + 2 rounds of editing.
• Suppose, for any reason after that, the client should need to cancel or change the date of the event. In that case, the deposit will remain with Novelty Printing as a courtesy for our having to forgo other potential projects that were executed on the date.
• For travel outside an 80-mile radius of the home base, we require a minimum of $150 extra for traveling, accommodation & shipment of equipment costs.

SET UP & LOGISTICS for LIVE COLOR AND PRESSING

• We request that all modifications & logistics for the project, aside from cancellation or date change, be shared with us in advance so we can prepare accordingly, including site visits or photos of the activation area.
• Set-up requires a 10×15 workspace, two to three standard banquet tables, a trash can, and access to electricity confirmed at least ten days before the event. Tent if outdoors, and lighting if the event is in the evening.
• Please provide parking and loading information at least ten days before the event.
• Equipment Setup takes 30 minutes, and the breakdown takes one hour.

PAYMENTS

• Upon acceptance of an estimate, an invoice will be emailed to the client, whereby we must receive payment to begin work and place it on the schedule.
• We also accept all major credit cards and cash apps.
• If we cannot proceed with the activity due to a natural disaster, terrorist attack, or any other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a 2^nd date.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellation refunds take up to 30 Business days from the written cancellation request.

*Upon acceptance of the estimate and invoice payment, the client agrees to enter a contractual agreement, including acknowledgment and acceptance of the Terms of Service listed above.
